Product Description: Cornflower, also known as Bachelor's Button, is an annual plant native to Europe that is now commonly cultivated worldwide for its attractive blue flowers.
Common Uses: Cornflower is commonly used to treat eye irritation and inflammation, as it has astringent and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also used to reduce fever, and as a diuretic.
How to Use Explanation: Cornflower can be used topically as an eyewash or compress, or internally as a tea or tincture. To make an eyewash or compress, steep the dried flowers in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, then strain and cool. Apply the cooled liquid to the eyes using a clean cloth or cotton ball.
